The AAS/SUS Leadership and DEI Committees invite you to apply for the inaugural JUMP (Junior Underrepresented Mentorship and Promotion) Start program. This program is designed to advance diversity in surgical leadership in alignment with the diversity of our surgical trainees and our patients. The mission of this 2 year curriculum is to build the portfolio, network and skillset of faculty in an Assistant Professor rank with an aim of improving the ability to attain promotion and ascend to higher levels of leadership locally and nationally . This program will include targeted seminars, national meetings, one on one coaching, and specialized training in leadership.
